Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. Tuxedo Print does not store full payment details.
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.
Tuxedo Print is not liable for errors in customer-provided files (low resolution, incorrect sizing, missing backgrounds, etc.).
If unsure, please review our Artwork Guidelines before placing an order.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 24–48 hours.
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
Tuxedo Print is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers reprints at no additional cost when quality standards are not met.
Customers must own or have the rights to the designs they submit.
Tuxedo Print is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer artwork.
By submitting artwork, you grant Tuxedo Print the right to print and produce it solely for your order.
Tuxedo Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
