If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will reprint it at no additional cost. This applies whether you provide the same file or submit a revised version.
Since every order is custom printed, we cannot accept returns once production has started or an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.
If there is an issue with your order due to:
Printing defects
Material flaws
Damage during shipping
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or documentation to verify the issue before issuing a replacement.
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. We are not responsible for errors in files provided by the customer (low resolution, missing backgrounds, incorrect sizing, etc.). If unsure, please review our Artwork Guidelines before ordering.
Approved reprints are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
